About The Artwork

In Celtic mythology, mushrooms held a significant place and were often associated with the fairy realm. They were believed to be portals or doorways through which one could enter the mystical world of fairies and other supernatural beings. It was said that if one were to consume a certain type of mushroom, they could gain the ability to see and interact with these magical creatures. Mushrooms were also seen as symbols of transformation and spiritual growth in Celtic folklore. They were considered to be sacred and were often used in rituals and ceremonies.
