A woman sunbathing Painting

Probably like many, I also had holiday plans I had to cancel or postpone in spring 2020. What to do. Thanks to books, photos from previous trips, and social media there's plenty to dive into and plant for next trips once the tide goes down. Until then I release my inner self in my imagination where it travels to sunbathe on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. The woman is reading while the sun is behind little clouds, as the pages are not so bright white at that moment. The air is still hot and humid, and its quite comfortable to sit at mid-top of the hills surrounding the beautiful beaches of the Sea. The old terracotta tiles give away the location of the place. The painting done on a high-quality fiber stretched onto the wood carcass.
