Alpine sparrows Painting

Ewelina Kośnik was born in Gdańsk, Poland, in 1991. She attended evening art classes at age 15-18, and then started attending Graphic Design at Fine Arts at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Opposite to where the studies wanted to guided her, she started working with wood, metal, clay. And so it begin, finding inspiration in the woods - living there, for some time. She acknowledged her to materials and tools, to the very areas of art, where you can get your hands dirty - not to the computer and tablet, tools of graphics design. Some of her works are curved and painted on wood, some in metal, some are placed on human skin, in form of tattoos. Now, her favourite form of expresing herself is in form of circular painting. Energetic, colorful, mandala-like forms. Eye-catching and mesmerizing. It's all made with passion and out of love, straight from nature, when the human really belongs. Enjoy!
