About The Artwork

Apple trees will soon bloom in Kolomenskoye. This place in the park is most likely called "Dyakovsky Garden", as it is located between the Palace of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich in Kolomenskoye and closer to the Temple of the Beheading of John the Baptist in Dyakovo. I remember it was not a hot spring of 2014 and I paint a lot of sketches with flowering. It is not a hot spring that allows flowering to be longer, at the same time there should be no frost, strong wind and rain, since then the flowering trees will fall off. Time, which is almost always fleeting, is romantic. The singing of birds and the enchanting sweet smell of paradise, it's time for inspiration. Exhibition: 2015 "The artist's palette. Simon Kozhin. 1979 Born in Moscow. Committed to the Russian realistic school, graduate of the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, he aspires for absolute fidelity in reproducing the reality.I am driven by the desire to do this very kind of creative activity, one which would tell the truth about the surrounding world, Simon says, Any reproduction is subjective indeed, but I do hope that my painting is close to nature and harmony. I do what I am interested in, what I believe in. Thus I try to find unusual motifs, themes, I travel a lot, read a lot, watch a lot.The artists range of interests is wide: historical picture, still life, landscape, illustration. Unusual is his approach to solution of each new canvas, no formulas, nothing typical. Some canvases appeal at once by the consummate craft, fullness of colour and light, and feel. Others require focused attention, contemplation, rational approach.
