Pure silver originates in the silence of the night to sparkle at dawn with the fleeting color of a fern. Only the seeker will see him and keep it deep within himself, and the pure radiance of the Perun flower will always protect the human soul. Silver is an alchemical element, a perfect metal, Monday corresponds to it and crescent its sign. In the hermetic tradition, the attitude to chemical elements is the same as to the plant and animal world. That is, minerals are born, grow, mature, die and go on a new life cycle. Everything in nature is “looped”, and after death comes a new life. The alchemical Universe is built on metamarphoses (transmutations) of substances in nature (naturally) and in laboratories (artificial). The picture shows the moment just before dawn, when silver is ready to turn into gold. The wanderer, seeker and creator finally opens his eyes (and then opens again) in the gloomy forest and captures this moment.

"Exploring color as a form of living" Barbara was born in 1982 in Minsk. Now she is a political refugee artist and photographer living in Italy. She completed a fine art+design degree in 2002-2007 and have painted since she was three years old. Barbara is creating colorful abstracts, contemporary woman portraits and big-eyed whimsical character artworks. Favourite materials are mixed-media such as acrylics and pastels. Whatever the subject matter, her work is characterized by lots of details and vivid colours, different patterns and textures. The main inspiration - vibrating colors of outer and inner human soul and wild nature. Mixing energy of wildlife colors, birds, animals and sunlight are the source to create and interpretate the social life. Usually Barbara works in a freehand impressionistic style with many layers of paint, colorful strokes and dots. It takes a lot of time to create the paintings due to many details involved. She is a real creator always seeking new forms of art and techniques to express her inner self.
