I’m talking about my art-challenge. I show my picture, made on the 10th day. Challenge was called to pump my skills in spontaneous painting and at the same time my written English. In total, I have created 30 artworks for the entire time of this art-challenge. And here is the story that I wrote on the 10th day of my experiment: "Today is the 10th day of my art-challenge. Do you know what does it mean? It means that I've already passed a third of my art-challenge! A third! And now I have ten queer pictures and ten short stories on english. I try hard with english stories. They take much time. It's really difficult for me. I need use my dictionary very often. But it's my method to learn foreign language – to write for to think. And the other side I don't try at all with my picture. I only feel pleasure with this process and I do that what I have never permitted myself to do before. Because this is too simple. And I always try not to be simple. And these pictures don't take much time. All is very spontaneously. You know this's very useful exercise. By the way… Do you remember, yesterday I wrote that I want to compare our preferences: mine and yours. For example of yesterday's art-work. It's my favorite art-work at this moment. And guess what? I am researching a woman’s self-awareness, formed through the prism of stereotypes and prejudices that were developed in society. I compare behavior deviation from expected patterns to a glitch effect. Glitch art criticizes the digital culture promoting an ideal transmission of the image. Social glitch is self-expression through violation of programmed standing orders. In my context, the glitch looks like an inconsistency in the information expected. I express the glitch effect through the Central Asian ikat ornament. An ornament is a visual projection of a society. And for me personally it is endowed with special meanings because I grew up in Tashkent, and oriental ornament is part of my aesthetics.
