Inspired by a 1915 black and white photo the artist painted his grandfather, a hire hand and great uncle taking a lunch break in a field near Askeaton Wisconsin. Artist's collection. This painting which I finished last month that was inspired by a 1915-ish Wall family photo. My 15 year old grandfather James Wall on the left, Tommy Hart in the center and my great uncle Richard Wall on the right in Askeaton, Wisconsin.
