The images of lotus flowers and stems withering in the end of summer makes me think about the fate that all humans and other living things experience through their course of life. Spring-summer-fall-winter, just like birth-aging-sickness-death. That is the most basic aspect of life. But opposite of that, this image captures the transition process between stages that eventually start a new cycle and new life is born.
