In this painting i also used the unprepared cloth as a journal of it's washing off the glue, to the finished painted version. Every stage contributed to charge the cloth with life, for instance, there were human hair that i kept and later occasionally saw and shaped figures over them. Some initial gestural brush strokes with gesso shaped the Aztecs Civilization, on the left side of the painting while in the middle to the left, Taz cartoon character, drugs the western world from a female breast nipple.I used ink to shape the figures with letters writing, "Aztecs give shelter to western world". Next i used charcoal pencil to create a parralel story of symbols, like a totem on the left, or a big white shark on the middle down part..there are so many figures and creatures interwined, joined to tell a story...or stories. The intimacy that the material, ink required with the surface of the canvas, produced an energy a connection. The same intimacy may the viewer feel in order to see the ink drawings or read the repeated phrase. Aztecs was a magnificent admirable civilization.

I consider art as a malfunction of the brain, a moment where you are aware, disoriented from your feelings space and time...everything looks the other way, doing what was supposed to and you stand there all alone, far away...away from your self customed cage. Art happens when you gaze at the view out of your thoughts and feelings that the bars of the cage blur and gradually melt under the blinding light of freedom.
