About The Artwork
The sea has been a huge part of my childhood and I don't think I'll get tired of exploring its many colors and states. The painting is inspired by a great summer in Denmark where the water temperature is often measured with the help of a yellow rubber duck holding the termometer just under the water.

Born in the town of Varna, Bulgaria in 1984 and moved to Copenhagen, Denmark 20 years later. She rediscovered art through watercolour in 2015 when the time and urge to express herself were finally both present. She paints mainly places she’s been to, places she’s seen something beautiful in, odd or disturbing. It's not about what we look at, it's about what we see.
