About The Artwork
The model inspired this work. I loved her clothes, posture and. her beauty. The image was drawn and painted during a portrait session and I see a solid figure in her native clothes; with a beautiful tall frame posing for her audience. I found her feet and whole demeaner very stimulating. I chose the media because I I felt that the pencil and watercolour went together to compose the feeling that I wanted to give to the onlooker.
