né en 1951, Cedric peint depuis l'enfance, à 6 ans il reçu sa première boîte de couleurs, des aquarelles anglaises. Autodidacte il fit des émaux sur cuivre puis de la gravure sur métal, il travailla le cuir. Dans les années 70 il vit en Amérique du Nord, principalement en Floride puis à Montréal. Dans le début des années 80, il part pour Londres où il rencontre Franziska Wyss avec laquelle il partira vivre en Suisse pour s'initier au vitrail. En 1985, il installe son atelier de vitrail dans le Poitou, en France et il crée le musée du vitrail de Curzay-sur-Vonne qu'il dirige j'usqu'en septembre 2004. En 2005, il installe la Galerie Clair-obscur à Mornac-sur-Seudre.
