Bengal by the Stream Painting

Kimberly Ange is a self-taught American artist who lives and works in Massachusetts. She gravitates towards oil pastels, acrylic and ink on canvas or paper. ​ Kimberly Ange was born in St Michaels, Barbados. She immigrated to the US in 1999 and settled in Boston after much travel and exploration with her nomadic family unit. Her content is drawn from her memories of the tropical beaches, mountain sides, the danger and freedom of the local rain forests and the interaction with wild flowers, animals and reptiles. The freedoms of childhood relived, in an unbridled primitive narrative. As if you could see the energy from everything around you. ​
