Inspired form many pesonalities such as artists, poets, scientist, authors, phylosophers, political activists, etc. who had an influence in my intelectul growth and in my life in general, i've decided to make a cycle of portraits of those personalities. One of them is Bertolt Brecht. Eugen Berthold Friedrich "Bertolt" Brecht (10 February 1898 – 14 August 1956) was a German theatre practitioner, playwright, and poet. Living in Munich during the Weimar Republic, he had his first successes with theatre plays, whose themes were often influenced by his Marxist thought. He was the main proponent of the genre named epic theatre (which he preferred to call "dialectical theatre"). During the Nazi period and World War II he lived in exile, first in Scandinavia and then in the United States. Returning to East Berlin after the war, he established the theatre company Berliner Ensemble with his wife and long-time collaborator, actress Helene Weigel.

Nietzsche wrote: "There is always some madness in love. But there is always some reason in madness. "In this I find the "materia" that constitutes art: love, reason and madness (the latter as a symbol of daring to risk madlessly). Art is the conception of these three elements intertwined together. Love for life, for the world, for the other. Reason that becomes one with the universe and creates new universes. The grandeur of courage to overcome the limits immanently, despite the dangers of time and space in which life develops. It is difficult to have art if you are not fed with a great love, do not arise and breathe from one deep reason and dare towards the impossible, surpassing barriers with immense courage. In the first place, in my work the emphasis is on the human figure. Alket Zeqiri is an albanian painter, sculptor and activist. Born in Prishtina on 28 January 1990, Alket finishd high scool of natural sciences in Prishtina, to continue his higher studies in the Faculty of Arts at University of Prishtina. He got the title Bachelor of Sculpture in 2014, and just now has goten his master degree in sculpture, on the thesis "Misery and Revolt – A sculpture for the Soul of Difficulty".
