Born 1955 in Feldkirch, Austria. Exhibitions in Europe, China and the US. Studio in Fronton, France. Inventor of the 3-D-Structuralism painting technique (Patent in Germany, UK, US, Hongkong, Switzerland). The first ever patented painting technique.Colours and shapes art and culture profession and vocation - are concepts which have always determined my life. The one without the other is inconceivable for me. My paintings show these polarities. For me, the world of colours and shapes opened up very early. They are the embodiment of a freedom, not restricted by conventions. Over the past years, I have been able to consistently further develop colours and shapes. Particularly Goethe, Turner, Monet and Itten have marked me in terms of colours and encouraged the playing with colours. My aim is balance. Balance in colours and balance in structures. Colours often speak a clear language. They may enhance or subdue the mood of the viewer. Yellow, blue and red as triad signalise unambiguous conditions and moods, whereas blended colours leave leeway on both sides. My painting technique, the 3-D-Structuralism, developed over a decade, applied intuitively and spontaneously on any artwork, expresses my longing for balance. Many of my paintings tell about the places I have been. People, landscape and architecture always deeply impress me and find entrance into my work. I had the chance to lecture my technique in East (China) and West (Europe) and I experienced, that despite of the ongoing changing of the world, we have a common longing, which is for harmony and balance.
