About The Artwork
Strelitzia, also known as Crane flowers is one of the most beautiful Exotic Flowers. The flowers of the Strelitzia resemble a brightly colored bird in flight and so the name Birds of Paradise. I use professional grade Oil paint with high quality color pigments that have very good to excellent resistance to fading. All of my paintings are finished with two coats of varnish to enhances the intensity, transparency and luminosity of colors and to protect the artwork from UV rays and dust.
