About The Artwork
I became interested in abstract art after looking at the work of Alan Leepa and his father Abraham Rattner at the Leepa-Rattner Art Museum in Tarpon Springs, Fl. Abstract painting has more to do with ones imagination and emotions than anything else, in my opinion. But one must apply the principles of design and composition to abstract art as much as to representational art. to make the work coherent, balanced and unified. Acrylic and India ink were used to make this and I hope my viewers will appreciate the total picture.
