Blue and Red Painting

The floral composition, symbolizing Mother and Child, is accompanied by golden runes that carry a protective and wholesome function. Stylistics by New Art Deco, pasty overlay, but the highlight is the color and combination of magical symbols that bear the meaning of love under protection in combination with luxuriously painted roses. This picture was painted by the author in Ukraine just before the revolution and then the Russian invasion to Crimea and Donetsk. Big and small roses as a Mother and Child of Ukraine. We know how the symbolist Vrubel and some of impressionists painted roses. Here the author proposed a different language to show the subject and beauty criteria of the beginning of the 21st century. Being in the house, the picture creates a feeling of grace and security. That's why author call his method as Narrative objective art.
