My name is Hong Ji-young, and I'm an artist from Seoul, South Korea. My artistic journey began during my childhood, when I discovered my love for art at the age of 8. From those early moments of creativity and exploration, I embarked on a lifelong path of self-expression as a painter. Since then, I've expanded my artistic horizons and developed a strong interest in media and installation art. Currently, I am passionately engaged in several art projects, exploring new avenues of expression.

Throughout my career, I've been fortunate enough to collaborate with galleries around the world, including those in New York, London, and Melbourne. These experiences have provided me with invaluable insights and exposure to diverse artistic perspectives.

In my work, I strive to transcend societal constructs such as race and gender. I believe that art has the power to delve into the depths of the human experience, transcending superficial boundaries. Through the use of various colors, I aim to challenge people's preconceived notions based on appearances and shift the focus to the inner workings of humanity. Diversity is a core value in my artistic practice, and I aspire to create art that inspires dialogue and fosters a deeper understanding of our shared human experience.
