About The Artwork
Author's work in the style of Fauvism. The picture is an illustration of a legend to me, that the flowers collected on Ivan Kupala are not put into the water, but into a pot of fire :). A sort of alchemical idea that the fire takes the green color :), because in the still life did not use completely green. I wanted to convey at the same time both the heat of magic and theatricality, the decorativeness of the rites :) and a certain mischief "from the fire-jumping" :)
