ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I love the old houses in Chinatown, Bangkok. Dark wood doors, bright red couplets, baskets hanging on the bamboo sticks across the roof, loose electricity wires running wild. Such simple scene from normal daily life. But interestingly, a local painter I met who was sketching in a church nearby painted this exact scene in watercolour! There must be something special about normal daily life :). Painted with credit cards.
