Composition out of Three Kind of Squares Painting

My paintings are developing at the moment. Sometimes I draw a few simple sketches developing ideas, or finding what remained hidden. Most ideas however arise while painting. The power of colors and their interplay, rhythm and direction, all these elements flow together in a dynamic whole, which is progressing. Both, shapes and colors do have symbolic character. Blue for example stands for water, the sky and the distance. I like to play with these elements. The results are complex. Abstract images are emerging which are challenging your perspectives and fantasies. By the way I like the beauty. Manchmal mache ich ein paar Skizzen um Ideen zu entwickeln oder um offenzulegen was im Verborgenen schlummert. Die meisten Ideen entwickeln sich jedoch beim Malen. Die Macht der Farben und deren Zusammenklang, Rhythmus und Richtung, alle diese Elemente fließen zusammen in ein dynamisches Ganzes, das voranschreitet. Beide, sowohl Farbe als auch Formen haben symbolischen Charakter. Blau zum Beispiel steht für das Wasser, den Himmel und die Ferne. Mit diesen Elementen spiele ich gerne. Die Ergebnisse sind komplex.
