As a teenager, I dreamed of becoming a fashion designer; life will have wanted otherwise…. And it was at the age of forty, after some difficult trials in life, that I had Revelation, the Inspiration for abstract mineral painting. First “mineral” period: 2005-2011 The beige natural linen canvas was the trigger for my creativity and letting go. I found in this material the color, warmth and visual softness of silk. According to my imagination, I have created paintings sometimes in a mineral palette in the colors of gray, white and brown, sometimes by introducing gold, silver and multiple iridescence. Completely self-taught, I managed by creating the centerpiece of my paintings "Silk Square" to feel what the word Creation meant, which work was presented to the Prestigious Hermes House (square section) on the recommendation of the no less prestigious Leila Menchari . I have also stylized my paintings by personalizing them with various and original frames, to integrate them into environments and interiors as different and timeless as each other. -------------------------------------------------- ---------------------- Second period "monochrome painting on plexiglass": 2011-2018 The plexiglass by its transparency reveals the wall on which it hangs, gives the impression of levitation and lightness to the work of art. The glossy (shine) of the support of the work contrasts with the relief of the painting with a knife which gives the work an exceptional 3D effect. ------------------------------------- Third "polychrome" period: 2018- to the present day An explosion of colors, each fresher than the next, in reaction to a period of extreme global gloom, to show that color sprang up "Life and Hope".
