Copy "Phryne at the Poseidon Festival in Eleusis" Painting

It is no secret that all amateurs and professionals of the fine arts want to have a masterpiece painting in their private property. But what if they are sometimes priceless to buy. Then you just have to buy a simple cheap publicly available illustration or more expensive, but a copy of this masterpiece on canvas in oil from the artist! The choice is yours! Copying paintings by other artists, even if they are geniuses in my youth, I considered a waste of time and subconsciously thought that it would affect or even destroy my own style in the bud. Perhaps this is so. But today we are talking about something else. First I want to tell you about how falling in love affects creativity and mine in particular. But my love is strange - not in someone, but in one picture !!! Because of what I could no longer continue my own plans, my ideas! Therefore, until I made a copy of this painting, I did not calm down! Now I present to your attention my copy of the painting "Phryne at the Poseidon Festival in Eleusis" by the Polish-Russian painter Henryk Siemiradzky. But as I understood from history, although he (Heinrich Semiradsky) was a darling of fate and success, he was not very much favored by Russian artists and intellectuals, and even Tretyakov himself basically did not want to buy Semiradsky's paintings for his gallery, considering them far from truly Russian painting! Tretyakov's words were of great importance such as - "Give me at least a dirty puddle, but so that there is truth, but with poetry!" Although, years later, the works of this master still ended up in the collection of the Tretyakov Gallery. Such an attitude can be considered art criticism of snobbery! I'm not to judge! So the copy is ready! And the last thing: You need to have a sense of stopping measure! That is, you can endlessly continue to work in copying objects, but the copy picture should not turn into a dry copy, after all, in my opinion, the lightness of the hand from the original and the freshness of perception should remain! Therefore, I saw fit to stop at this stage of completeness! Thanks to everyone who is interested!
