This work is about letting go and restricting simultaneously. I chose the liquid mediums because they are difficult to control and one must work quickly which helped my spontaneous artistic practice. Rather than a premeditated controlled piece.

Olive Green Anna (Anna Baer) lives and works in Heidelberg, Germany. She has exhibited in solo exhibitions at Bryan Oliver Gallery, (Spokane, WA, USA) and Zeitgenießische Gallery, (Heidelberg, Germany). Her numerous exhibitions and residencies include Metropolink Urban Art Festival (Heidelberg, Germany) and Berlin Art Institute (Berlin, Germany). She holds a Masters in Teaching (Arts) and a BA in Fine Arts from Whitworth University (Spokane WA, USA). Anna has held art teaching positions at Heidelberg International School, (Heidelberg, Germany), and North Central High School (Spokane, WA, USA). She is the recipient of the 2009 and 2008 Art Talent Award at Whitworth University (Spokane, WA, USA).
