Portrait of Eros, the god of love in ancient Greek mythology painted with acrylic and oil on wooden board and framed with an ornamental golden vintage frame in Baroque/Renaissance style. As it is vintage, the frame shows some signs of use and in some places the wood of the frame is cracked. The condition of the frame is intentional and is part of the work.

I was born in 1982 in Salerno, Italy, where I grew up as well. I visited the Art Institute "Filiberto Menna”. In my teenage years I started as a street artist, using sprays to express myself upon the walls of my home town. In 2008 I went abroad and spent two years in Spain, where I actually started to paint on canvas. 2010 I went back to Italy and lived in different cities, like Milan, Salerno and Rome.
