About The Artwork

Merging and interaction of the original male and female energy. Shiva is the Universe or Universes, the Absolute. Shiva performs an unusual dance - Tandava - a symbol of the movement of the world. The world itself began with the dance of Shiva, and it will end with it, but as long as Shiva continues to dance, the world exists. God Shiva is contrasts: contemplation and action, creation and destruction, anger and mercy. Shiva is the absolute Reality. Despite the fact that in the minds of experts in mythology, the god Shiva is associated with destruction, this does not mean destruction, understood as something negative. Our culture forces us to think in this way. In fact, destruction can be interpreted in different ways: leaving the past, breaking with it; the termination of the old way of life and the transition to a new stage, because in order to start something, you must first end the previous one. Not the last role is played by such a concept as the destruction of worldly fuss and even death. Shakti goddess - the second half or hypostasis of Shiva. Initially, Shiva is already endowed with the power of Shakti, and at the same time, performing his dance, he unites with his wife Shakti and re-creates the world. This mythological image should be considered primarily from a philosophical point of view, where by Shiva we mean consciousness, and by Shakti we mean the energy that influences consciousness and gives it the power to create. Shiva is consciousness, a stable principle, eternal and unchanging. In contrast to these characteristics of Shiva, Shakti is, first of all, transformation, time, variability. Thanks to Shakti, Shiva's consciousness can manifest itself in reality, take form.

Our life consists of many moments - joyful and sad, happy and tragic. From these moments the picture of our life is formed. Whether it will be positive and bright or negative and gloomy depends on the individual's perception of his own experiences. I paint every moment of my life on canvas with a dot. Thus, I cognize my true Self in the projection of the Universe. My name is Ksenia, I'm from Ukraine. I am an artist and designer, graduated from art school and the Institute of Design. I own the classic technique of watercolor painting, black and white graphics ink and pen. My paintings were exhibited at the state exhibitions of Ukraine, there were also personal exhibitions. After graduation in 2006, I became fascinated with spiritual practices. And it completely changed my life. I moved to live in another country in Georgia. After a trip to India, I opened a mandala channel. In 2015, I began to draw mandalas in the Dot Painting technique. All the mandalas I paint in meditation. I never know what the mandala will look like at the end. Each mandala is unique. No mandala can be re-drawn, just as you can not return the last moment.
