About The Artwork
There are five of the eight panels to be shown at this exhibition. See description of the other paintings. I first saw these tunnels in 1992 and again in 2014. I was immediately taken with the beautiful colours, but also absorbed the feeling of fear that the tunnels makers must have had in building these tunnels while the country was at war. The canvases are stretched on pine stretchers the canvas is 300GSM.
