About The Artwork
The story involves a family friend, Wally, finding a recently deceased dear, hit by a car, he took it to my uncle Andrew's place in Cork to butcher in his garden shed. While the dear was hung in preparation for butchering, Andrew's dog got loose and killed his two chickens, two of the mangiest looking chickens I've ever seen, a true humane/canine act of kindness.
