About The Artwork
Medium: combined technique on paper. Year Created: 2004. In my research I do a lot of drawings and paintings showing three "personalities". The status of these "personalities" is expressed by figurative as well as by abstract, or better: 'non-figurative' means. A black bloque is expressing a different 'personality' than a figurative drawing in charcoal or other material. You can 'play' with these figures: you consider one as 'subject' and the others as opponents or you make two as 'subjects' and the third one as the 'stranger' - or whatever you want to play with...
