About The Artwork
One of the things that runs through my process for image production, is the transmutation of media. What started as a photo or group of photos, is transformed digitally via a series of open-source programs. The lyrical aspect of the resulting image is used as a source for the painting. It is a much more a convoluted process compared to the plein-air seen elsewhere on this site.
