Inspired by the fete galante genre (pioneered by Watteau in the French Rococo style,) this painting is a contemporary mashup of the internet colliding with greek mythology. Dionysus, and the Dionysian mysteries are an intoxicating ritual to remove inhibitions and social constraints.
