I give my all in my work and strive to be frank, sincere and genuine. When I paint, for me time stops and loses its real dimensions. Then I immerse myself in what I am doing - in the colors, the lines, the shapes, the texture. I become part of the canvas, paint, brushes or spatula, all my energy is in them. Often, when I create, I forget about everything in the real world around me. I painting consciously, but also intuitively and spontaneously. My name is Galina Georgieva Abadjimarinova, a contemporary abstract artist and scenographer. I was born in 1975 in Bulgaria, Eastern Europe, and for more than 20 years I have been working as a set designer for drama and puppet theater and as an abstract artist. I define my style as contemporary abstractionism and abstract expressionism. I paint in my studio and I like to be left alone to create so that I can concentrate and stay only with the future painting. It is an intimate and very personal experience. I find making art a sacred ritual. It's so exciting every time you stand in front of the still blank canvas or sheet. I am inspired by many things - from everyday life, from other authors - contemporary artists and creators, from other arts, emotions, nature, seasons, from the little things around me. I like to experiment, search and try new shapes and styles. I have often heard that my works are very different, but also recognizable and carry a particularly impressive energy and charge. But no matter how different my paintings are, they always contain a piece of my sensitivity and soul, of my temperament and charge. I usually ship my paintings well protected and protected in strong, sturdy packaging and with wall hanging software installed.
