About The Artwork
The largest of my underwater paintings. This painting was inspired by a trip a couple of years ago to Sardinia with my sister, and also by lily ponds. Lillies have been present in so many works of art, but rarely from below the surface. This painting explores our relationship with the water and nature, I wanted the subject to seem at one with the lillies.
