I love the vivid colours in this cityscape and what would have been an otherwise dreary view if not for the bright spring sunshine reflecting of all of the glass surfaces. I also love the historic brick building tucked up against the glossy office tower. A School bus passing, reminded me of family and that neighbourhoods come in all shapes and sizes.

Over the past 20 years, I've slowly been developing my artistic style in both watercolour and oil, while raising my daughter in Newmarket Ontario. I still enjoy living in Simcoe County. Ontario is a beautiful province with 4 seasons that inspire! In 2014, at the time my daughter went to university, I began devoting more time to my art and had my very first solo exhibit in 2015. This inspired me to continue my passion. Since then my work has been awarded and displayed in galleries throughout southern Ontario.
