This painting is part of the Blue Beam series. This series is about a conspiracy theory in which blue objects are not burned by lightning. It is inspired by the supposed fires in Hawaii, where blue objects, such as cars or umbrellas, were not burned by the fire.

Florencia Del Fabbro is an artist borned in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1988. Her paintings, most of them acrylic, deal with subjects such as everyday life and the existential problems that afflic human beings. Her first contacts with art were from childhood because her grandmother is an artist. In 2006 she started her studies at the UNA (National University of Art) in the Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts with painting orientation. Currently she has pending her graduation thesis.
