Embrace the Wonder Painting

Originally from Alabama, I currently live in Tucson, Arizona. My work is informed by color and forms found in nature and influenced by the work of painters Joan Mitchell and Claude Monet. In hundreds of private and corporate collections worldwide, my work has become increasingly sought after by patrons. Several of my paintings were acquired for the permanent corporate art collection at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan, New York. I have been featured in several national and regional publications, exhibited my work at galleries across the United States, and won awards for my artwork. My abstract paintings come from my heart....expressing emotion as a visual language, using pure color and expressive marks to connect and communicate. I've been told by my fans that my work emits a special light and magic that is both spiritual and moving. Artist Statement: I believe beauty is necessary, serving as an invitation to savor this one precious life and a way to experience a sense of the eternal. My intent is to make art that stirs the soul and connects us not only to the beauty of the human experience, but also to what lies beyond our sight. My purpose is to help you live your best life by creating beauty that brings you joy and serenity in an otherwise noisy and imperfect world.
