the main subject of this painting is the nervous system,composed by the brain and the spine,it's trying to get out of its heart that is clamping it to its existential issue. The brain doesn't want to have the emotional burden of life,so it's using even its imagination to flee from it,creating possible ways to get out of trouble,like creating wings and hands. But flying away isn't exactly possible,so it's only about time it gets used to idea of giving up and accepting feelings. The mind is about to get even emotionally overwhelmed by any seconds,and a part is aware of it,an eye is staring it,the other one is imagining a possible future.
