About The Artwork
This is the first painting i created mixing realism from two different genres. The human eyes and the most seen butterfly- the Monarch. Humans with an average age more than 70 and butterflies having a lifespan no longer than a year with some dying within a week. Through this painting i have tried to add another dimension to the beauty of the butterfly. Photograph of the painting is taken in bright sunny outdoors with no post production enhancement/filter.
