She also designed designs for paper.
After this she went to live, work and exhibit in France (Dordogne). She made many land art projects with invited artists. From 2016 to 2023 she had an art gallery in Souillac. Nowadays she also works and exhibits in Spain, Torre del Mar.
Experienced Fine Artist with a demonstrated history of working in the arts and crafts industry. Skilled in Textiles, Fine Art, Printmaking, Acrylic, and Watercolor. Strong arts and design professional with a masterclass Academy of Fine Arts focused in Textile Drawing Painting & Design .
She has exhibited work for more than 25 years in Holland and abroad: in Germany, France, Belgium, Spain, and Switzerland.
Her studios are in a former railway station in the countyside of the Dordogne, and in Souillac.
In the course of time she has added more and more collage elements to her painting, for example: feathers, paper, glass, coconut fibre, gold wire, and amulets resulting in an assembly of objects or panels, not only the fruit of experience, but drawn from collections made on her travels throughout the world.
The different objects do not always belong behind glass, but are on a foundation that provides them with a context.
The panels containing icons, handmade paper and poetry, gold leaves or countless multicultural objects and painting, sometimes with mystic or religious overtones, often seem to illustrate a cult that is springs from a culture yet to be discovered.
