This painting came from the heart and aims to capture the nebulous state of a deep psychedelic experience, where things seems to emerge from nowhere and disappear all the same. Colors bloom and fade and blend into one another with no apparent reasoning. The painting is finished with 3 coats of Golden gloss, removable varnish. The painting is framed with a beautiful solid wood frame that was designed by the artist and built by a master woodworker with more than 50 years of experience. It's a frame built to last a lifetime and is museum quality. The finish is deep red with just enough transparency to let the wood grain show through. Ready to hang.

I'm an American artist, designer and writer living in the greater Seattle area of Washington State. I studied commercial art in Seattle in the early 90s. Although I had an introduction to painting at this time, I'm mostly self-taught. I have works in both oil and acrylic and I'm a skilled draftsman who mastered pencil and pen drawings early on. The creative process is my passion and my way to connect to spirit. My paintings are love letters to the mysterious spirit of nature. The animals, trees and plants that I paint all aim to illustrate the mystical essence of life.
