This particular work of art is part of an ongoing series called "Planet Waves."This series of works is a study of how our planets can align and interact with each other in a design like atmosphere.This painting was influenced by some of the preliminary sketches that I made prior to finishing this piece.This work was also influenced by some of the shows that I have seen at the moment such as, David Hockney at the MET and many others. I feel that the viewers will feel that this a powerful piece of art. I chose acrylic paint for this piece because it represents the theme of the work, which is fluidity and powerful patterns.
