Here is a lamp man who has been interacting defensively, hiding his thoughts and feelings. This is the honest persona I wanted to hide, and the image of a lonely modern person who endlessly longs for a stable relationship. The traveler in the picture is inexperienced, but invites himself and the audience with a sincere heart. The purpose is to take the first step through painting to understand and accept society as a place beyond the lampshade, and to allow lonely and difficult beings to take a break in a safe place. Beyond my world, it embraces the universe of existence itself. Facing the welcoming place in the picture, I hope you imagine your own invitation to approach a world thirsty for hospitality and ask for the greeting of true ‘coexistence.’

Korean Painter Born in 1997, Lives and works in South Korea. I paint the light that I experienced. This light originated from my disease, epilepsy. I visualize the screen with ideas derived from the creepy light I face in my work. The screen I composed is about the colorful light surrounding me and the world, symbolizing the soul and life from my perspective. Among the materials of the painting, artificial lighting, such as light bulbs, neurons, and neon signs, is a meaningful medium that makes you feel simple comfort and empathy for trauma.
