Eines der tollsten Vögel sind die farbigen Fischertukane, welcher auch Regenbogentukane genannt werden. Auch dieser ist in Mittel und Südamerika zu Hause und bewohnt den Regenwald - wie viele meiner Sujets. Tukane hört man noch von 500m weit Entfernung schwatzen. Den Ihr "Gesang" ist sehr eigenartig und seeehr laut. (Was mir sympathisch ist, denn mir sagt man das gleiche nach..) Sie gehören zu den lautesten im Dschungel. Auch hüfen sie lieber von Ast zu Ast statt zu fliegen. So oder so ein schönes tier und allemal wert gemalt zu werden. Und nun meine Version: One of the most amazing birds are the colorful fishing toucans, which are also called rainbow toucans. This is also at home in Central and South America and lives in the rainforest - like many of my subjects. Toucans can be heard chattering from 500m away. Their "song" is very peculiar and very loud. (Which I like, because people say the same thing about me...) They are among the loudest in the jungle. They also prefer to hop from branch to branch instead of flying. Either way, it's a beautiful animal and definitely worth painting. And now my version:

Even as a child, I dreamed of being able to fly (and thus escape) without any wings or tools. Accordingly, my enthusiasm for painting and sewing started early. What started out as a carefree affair developed over time into a great passion. Fascinated and obsessed with the feeling of flying, I delve deeper into the subject with motifs such as clouds, the sky and birds. I especially love hummingbirds, parrots and rare species of birds, which led me to want to know where they come from and where they live. Back then, this brought me closer to the topic of the rainforest, which has occupied me more and more since the Amazon fires in 2019. In addition to my apprenticeship, my fashion design studies and the various jobs, I have always been artistically active. Be it for me, my apartment, or because I was asked to do a piece of art. Since 2019 I regularly dedicate at least 20% of my time to art. One of my goals for 2022 is to work for an organization that takes care of the protection of the Brazilian rainforest (animals & population). So I would like to donate 10% for every picture sold.
