About The Artwork
Painting in old books started when I didn’t had the money to buy materials. I crabbed an old book and just tried. After that I bought old books in recycle stores. I like to paint in old books because I love the material. I paint with my fingers because I love to have contact with the paint. I hardly think when I paint; it’s a sort of flow I get in. I painted the cotton myself and glued it on a plywood panel. It makes the colors of the painting look even more expressive.
