My earlier works consisted of Zentangle style images in black and white, but after moving to Springfield Lakes in 2019 I wanted to grow my style. I love bright colours and colourful art so I started experimenting with Acrylic and colourful paintings. Pop art has always been a style that has influenced me so I wanted to incorporate this into my own style by including my love for bright colours and intricate patterns into my works. I finally found a style of my own.
The inspiration for my paintings comes from activities, skills, actions and animals that have influenced or impacted our lives, and the things that we do in some way. That’s why my works include a lot of cool stuff like playing music, sports and activities, pop culture and popular animals.
