ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I got inspired by the beautiful crane birds we have here in Sri Lanka on the rice paddys, during the sunset they fly away and this image of a pink Sky captured in my head. For all my artwork. I do a combination of collage work and acrylic paint. This is an original painting on canvas, acrylic with vintage sari collage work. The painting is framed and has a matte vanish top coat to protect the paint from fading and the collage work.
