About The Artwork
This tranquil and tender Silkpainting of a Gandhara Buddha originated in Pakistan, now brought to British Museum, London, touched me deeply, particular since none of those original buddhas now still remain. He was painted with much tenderness, french silk dyes and German Silk Paints on Habutai Silk 10.0 My Buddha version represents the energy of both male and female, which we all carry within us. I have much enjoyed painting it. 140cm x 100cm, 39x55 Inches, It will be shipped in a Roll. Unframed. Call me to save upon shipping costs
