About The Artwork
He moved to Turin in the last period of his life and his production, he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, then a teacher of pictorial disciplines at the State Institute of Art "Filiberto Menna" in Salerno. He began his exhibition activity already in the mid-seventies and his research leads to a broad abstraction that will record, during the eighties, the zeroing of any referential element, by virtue of a rigorous formal construction. He has always worked by dividing his home-studio in Salerno and that of Stella Cilento, his homeland.
