Frida Kahlo inspired so many people. Songs, films and poems are dedicated to her. And I painted this artwork in honor of her. I wanted to see this brilliant artist through the prism of her relationship. How have her endless love affairs influenced her? I think through her love for men, she felt love for herself. Against the background of the picture, her notes to her lover Bartoli are symbolically transferred.
